Green Valley Manor Apartments

I’ve been here about 4 years and I love it here! My apartment is beautiful with updated appliances and big windows. Nice floors and washer and dryer in my apartment. Lydia (the property manager) is so kind and helpful to me! When I need maintenance to come she calls me right back. She makes sure I get help ASAP. She’s very friendly and sweet. I’m handicapped and when she sees I have a big package she carries it to my door for me. She really makes this place feel like home :)

I've had the pleasure of living at Green Valley Manor for 5+ years and it's been a wonderful place to call home. I have to say, a lot of that is due to the property management. The property manager Lydia Miller is kind, patient, and attentitve to the needs of the tenants! She keeps the property looking beautiful and ensures we all do the same.

My Mom moved out of Green Valley Manor months before her 100th birthday. She lived in a first floor two bedroom unit for over eight years. The building and grounds were always well maintained and any issues were quickly remedied. The office staff was always helpful, especially Lydia, the property manager.

I met Asst. Property Mngr. Carmilla W. several months after my move to Green Valley Manor. She is an extremely efficient manager with a pleasant and easygoing manner. She is always ready to assist with quick attention to detail, and excellent  communication between management and maintenance. My apartment required an outside fix, which I called to report to Lydia M., Property Mngr. Within minutes, she had Carmilla here, to take pictures and to consult with maintenance. Within the span of a week, a construction team was dispatched and completed the repair. Even though I was already very satisfied with how Green Valley Manor is managed, I want to acknowledge having Carmilla onsite has made my life at GVM even better. Green Valley has been my home for over 4 years now. Best decision I ever made. All the staff here is phenomenal. Lydia has always been very kind and caring to me. She really makes this place a home.
