Simple Choice Realty

I searched a number of reviews and ended up using Chris Carr and simple Choice realty and could not have been more pleased! I saved myself $5k+ by listing my property myself and it was actually a fun process. There is no hidden fees or other things I noticed with the other flat rate listings. The only thing I would recommend is to get a lawn sign... i bought a FSBO sign from Depot and the one Simple Choice provides is much nicer. Settlement was last friday and went great, Chris called me today to follow up and I told him I would be putting up a review bc i could not be more pleased! Do a flat rate listing, take a day to set up the house and take nice pictures, write up a nice listing description and save your self a ton of cash. I would and have recommended these guys to a friend or fam
