Sleazy Sales Team, Incompetent Lead Contractor & Faulty Homes. Don’t buy from Terrata or their parent company, LGI homes. Their faulty, plumbing has almost blown our house up and their lack of attention to detail has made my child bleed twice thanks to random nails sticking out. Everyone in the neighborhood feels this way, not sure how they’re deleting the bad reviews!

Home built with a gaps between roofline and sofit - builder states "this is how we build" and its for airflow. That's fine, but in my case its also allowing squirrels to enter roof space above the entrance way to my living are and also damage the sofits. Despite raising concerns 3 times, the builder unwilling to address the issue.
