Terraces at Toscana Apartments

Every day and night a car alarm keeps going off in the parking garage. It wakes my children up constantly. We already informed the manager and even showed a video with the exact car and parking spot, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved. I don’t know where else to complain. At this point, it feels easier to move out than keep dealing with this situation.

Really great place here that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent. The rent is fair for the space you're getting and the area itself is pretty decent. There's parking available under the apartments and there's a small gym in here too. Overall the community is really great here though and the staff here is very understanding in their work too. Shoutout to the manager Luis he's always real with you and genuine about whatever situation you're in.

Really great community. The rent is affordable and the landlord Luis is always on top of things. All the people living on my side were extremely quite and friendly, feels very safe here!

We love living at Terraces At Toscana! The folks in the building and the cleanliness of the building made a big difference for our first home in CA. I want to thanks the previous manager Joe Goff for being so diligent and help us with everything we were needing. Also the new resident manager Shane Williams he is very attentive and helpful as well. I can't leave out Jaime Garcia, he is always willing to help and repair anything that is needed. I moved in these apartments about two months ago and i am so impressed by the cleanliness of the building ! The manager “Luis”is amazing he treats you with the utmost respect and doesn’t even forget your name ! I am so happy to be living here and also i have not seen any rodents or anything like that here as well !
