Terrace View Townhomes

There are Lots of kids in the neighborhood which I Love, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Lee Ann the property Mgr is wonderful! She’s made the entire move in process easy and non stressful. Very clean and kept up. Maintenance is great too I needed help with my sink and he was here same day. I’m very happy living here and would recommend this neighborhood to anyone. The unit I moved into has brand new carpets and paint. Lots of room and is laid out perfectly.

My son and I love this place!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a playground for kids and lots of kids in the neighborhood play there. My son has made so many friends. Any problems with our apartment and they fix it right away. I am glad I moved here and plan to stay for a very long time. The manager is very nice and she helps with anything and even after hours she responds to messages. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hrest place to live in cookeville to check it out. You will not be disappointed.

We have lived here almost 10 years and have seen many changes in neighbors and staff. I have to say this is the best it's ever been all around. Since we have been here this long here is a rundown of my overall experience and opinion Pros: The management and maintenance are top notch! They really do their best to make our community a happy one. If they have multiple empty (which is rare) they try to match neighbors together with similar habits or living styles. They are very thoughtful. There is a playground and 2 picnic tables and an outdoor grill. They do allow animals (some restrictions apply) They encourage decorating for holidays and seasonal decorations The community only has 1 entry and exit so there is no through traffic and there are mature trees surrounding the property that help

Lived in a flat on the end. Bedrooms faced parking lot. No installation. You could hear every single word that anyone outside said. Electrical issues. Got shocked just standing next to sink and touching something that was plugged in. Lite bulbs kept going out. Manager did not want to replace the kitchen bulbs which were a special bulb. She didn't want to charge for it the first time it blew out. Maintenance told me it was an electrical issue. Maintenance guy was wonderful. Management mistreats him. They will not spend a dime if they can get by with him doing something even if out of his range. Pipe burst underground. They made him work on it for 2 days before calling in a professional in that field. In the meantime, we went 2 days without water. Trying flushing 2 days worth in your toilet

Lived here for over a year. Chill place, quite a few kids though. Never had a problem with management. They did contests for best holiday decorations which was fun to participate in. Overall, a decent place for the price.
