Terrace on the Lake

Moved to Terrace on the Lake because of their in unit washer/dryer and allowing animals. Units are old and nothing updated to modern standards. We had the thermostat go out in winter, needed to have our dryer replaced (dryer burnt wife's clothes), need to have our dishwasher replaced, needed to have a valve on the hot water heater replaced, shower faucet needed replaced and garbage disposal needed replaced...all of which happened within the span of one year. Bathroom ventilation is terrible and can cause mold buildup. I mean, come on...Weidner makes millions of dollars every year and they can't spend the money to update these apartments? Ridiculous. Office does nothing about irresponsible dog owners leaving their dog's poop all over community grounds. Plow service they hire do a crappy job

The Manager Agustin is a life safer,my wife and I are seniors and we had a major plumbing issue we were asked 2 move in two days which is hardship for us after being here for 6 yrs.My wife has been in tears for two days just the thought of having to move. But thanks to Aguustin he went that extra mile and looks like the problem is fix and we won't have to move.Even though we have pack half of r unit we r happy to unpack and stay in r home.Once again thank u Agustin an Mckenzie for solving this so we remain in r home. Maintenance crew swapped out my microwave in maybe 15 minutes and have addressed all my concerns since I moved in ASAP. Augustin and Jesse were very chill and professional throughout every encounter. Office staff is friendly and the place seems decently ran for a good price.

First 6 months after moving in i had no hot water. 2 years with no heat. Cockroach infestation at the 3 year mark due to some slob moving in. New manager on average every year. K-9 security is a joke, you can never get a hold of them. Fridge kept leaking water and was never replaced with a different fridge. Maintenance would only defrost the problem which would come back 3 months later. Never received any part of my deposit because they mailed to my apartment that I moved out of. They were given a forwarded address .
