Don’t let the bad reviews fool you! My experience here has been amazing from day one — from the first tour to move-in, and even every maintenance request since. I have to give a huge shoutout to Richard, the maintenance man. He’s hands down one of the best parts of living here! He’s quick to respond, always kind, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are happy. Whether it’s a small fix or a bigger repair, he handles everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Well I must say...i have seen wonderful amendments to this property. I truly see huge improvements here and want to let everyone know this really is a place to call home. Maintenance is absolutely the best. Richard the main tech here is supper accommodating and does the job RIGHT the first time he shows up. He is great to talk too and actually cares for the tenants here. The office staff are informative and great to talk to as well. This apartment complex is a great destination for your new home and continues to improve daily.

Richard is a top quality maintenance technician. He has provided outstanding service on multiple occasions, and always performs installations and repairs with mastery, but also observing the utmost courtesy and consideration for residents. I always felt that he respected my home and my personal space, and was cognizant of nuanced situations like whether or not to give a verbal update, or perform work as quietly as possible if I was on a work call. This level of service and professionalism far exceeds that which I have experienced in previous locations. For any prospective resident of Terra @ Monroe asking "but how is the maintenance service?"... 11/10!!! Thank you Richard for being exceptional 👏

We’re a 10+ year resident and very pleased with the staff, service and amenities. The new gym is fantastic! Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. WENCI and her office staff do a great job of communicating as well as hosting events. A shout out to Richard , who I frequently see while walking my dog. He is always friendly and helpful when consulting him for maintenance needs. The property is always clean and maintained! Thank You

Richard has been fantastic since DAY 1 we moved in. We had some unforseen maintenance issues when we first got here, Richard came in on an emergancy call and stayed for a couple of hours to make sure everything was fixed! He is always very kind and pleasant when I see him around the complex, always willing to help and always doing USEFUL things to help us residents. 10/10 guy, definitely deserves a raise!
