A home seller provided a pre-inspection report from NW structural services to us as we considered buying their home. The report had gaping oversights that would make me question the validity and perhaps veracity of any inspection from this company. During my subsequent tour of the home, I identified clear signs of active rodent activity (droppings, dead mice in the crawlspace visible without entering) and exposed asbestos shielding around the home’s furnace. These types of significant and visible issues should have been identified in even the most cursory inspection from a licensed professional. Follow-up comment on response from owner: I am not licensed to identify asbestos and without testing cannot 100% confirm that the particle board material around the furnace was made with asbestos.

It is very detailed oriented and knows how to explain things to homeowners in a manner in which they can understand. He has always been available for my buyers to answer any questions and as an agent, knowing that he cares about my buyers, my buyers continue to request him
