UPDATE: The property managers have cleared this up and I now realize that it is the vendor who should have a 1-star review. Thank you, Tracy and Jen for everything! I haven’t had a dryer since 1/31. It is now 3/3. I have to wash and dry at a laundromat because they won’t let me just dry. Also, the dryer destroyed hundreds of dollars of clothes 7 months after I let them know I was having problems. Besides this issue, I love my property managers. But after 10 years, this is causing me to lose trust.

Katherine and Tracy are professional and helpful and they know their business well. They were able to lease my property quickly, at the upper end of market rent, and with well-vetted tenants. My administrative burden as a property owner has been very minimal for both pre- and post- lease, which has been great while I was handling an out of state move. They are also cost competitive and local to the area which is a big benefit over remote-management options.
