We have successfully been purchasing Real Estate, both rentals and primary residences for about 40 years. Being transferred out of the Seattle area, we sold our primary residence via a private contact, which unfortunately flipped and required us to sell the house “all over” again. Never received a reply to any of my problems regarding the property I moved in making 2 weeks today 07/31/2020 with multiple problems first it was the air which is still hot n then the sink which had a roach in it when I first walked in next it was the water from the air leaking out the pipe in the hall way n then I started seeing a roach every day , to being locked inside the door not opening and no one responding to anything the Mateniece could not help being far away on another job n the reality company not responding No emergency maintenance number guess I’m supposed to call the police cus they didn’t do the door right so I could get out the door ! Do NOT GO HERE JUST DONT NOT EVEN WHEN DISPARATE
