Tennyson Ridge Apartments

My partner and I moved to Madison last year and we had struggled to get in touch and stay in touch with apartment building managers and landlords while searching for new places to live in the area. We found Tennyson Ridge while continuing our search and we are so glad we did. I was able to get in touch with Jason and he followed up with me and stayed in touch with us while we were moving up to Madison. I had never had such a great experience with a property manager before, and Jason has definitely set the bar really high. He is also very proactive about any issues that may arise in the building and if you need his help or something fixed in your unit he is on it right away. I love the apartments here. Everything was so clean . The process was quick and easy . My 2 bedroom is up to date - look like I was the first person in here . The property manager Mr Coles is awesome. He is so informative. I would recommend Tennyson to anyone old or young . The community is excellent. A hidden treasure on the north side

Tennyson Ridge is a great place to live. The layout of the rooms and building are incredibly nice and the quality of the spaces are fantastic. Jason, the property manager, was a huge help in working with me to get in here and I am so appreciative for all of his help so far. It’s also a pleasure seeing him around the building and I am grateful for his availability for questions I have regarding anything apartment related. All in all I have enjoyed my time here a lot so far!

Tennyson Ridge Apartments are a great place to call home. I lived here when they first opened in 2017 until June 2021. I unfortunately had to move for family reasons. But as soon as I found out they had a unit available, I reached out to Jason. Jason, the building manager is always helpful, courteous and doing the best to maintain the building clean and safe. I'm hoping to been able to come back to a safe secure building and be able to call this place 'home' once again. The apartments are very spacious with lots of windows that provide a lot of natural light. There's underground parking available too. This is a smoke free building, pet friendly which are always a huge plus.

I was searching for a place to move into and at the time this place had a wait list, I applied 5 months prior and got in email early August that the wait list opened and to come in and get an application. I picked one up and filled it out and turned it back in to Brandon. He helped me throughout the whole process and was very communicative. Every time he had a question he called me. He reassured me that the unit I applied to was for sure going to be my unit and no one else could move in there before my application was processed. I eventually moved in end of August and the process went so smoothly, Brandon made sure I felt “at home” and everything was how I expected and more.
