Temtex is a terrible company to rent from. Their leader, Minerva, only cares about money, not people. And John is completely incompetent when it comes to maintenance. Had a leak in the upstairs bathroom caused by poor grout and broken tile, and his solution was to put a rug over it. I’ve known mentally challenged individuals that are smarter than that. Even the AC guys that came out to finally replace our AC Unit said he was incompetent because he blamed us for the AC going out because we didn’t change the filters frequently enough. Don’t rent anything from them, they DO NOT care about you. And if you think I’m just an angry tenant, here’s a couple of pictures of the ceiling in our kitchen that was never fixed and eventually just became a hole that leaked water anytime the bathroom upstair

I've had the pleasure of doing make ready work as well as complete work orders for TemTex almost a year now. They are true professionals and care about their residents. The conversations I've had with the current tentants are always good they seem very happy and some even told me they are looking forward to renewing there lease. I'm impressed overall with TemTex and when it comes time for me to find a rental they will be my first choice.

Horrible place to rent from. Minura, I think I spelled that right is very rude and will take your money. She does not care about her Tennant's all she cares about is money and greed, the bmw out front shows for it. She will literally laugh in your face and give you rude gestures. We put in several work orders and the problems never got fixed until we had enough and decided it was time to leave. Me and my wife and 2 kids 1-3 yrs old living in a home with mold on the walls and counter tops and spiders (brown recluse) infestation and tem tex did not get that infestation or the mold taken care of. They said it was our problem and we needed to get it fixed... Umm nope I do not own that house. Also you have to clean the homes before you move in, they are not cleaned prior. I’ve been renting with TemTex almost 2 years. They are very punctual when it comes to maintenance repair. They will work with you when it comes to renting their property. They aren’t strict like most properties are. Everyone is very friendly and communicates very well about your concerns. They also have a great repair team. I love this company.

Good rental property management, would rent from here again. The management was always quick to respond to any repair needs. I got most of my deposit back (only $200 cleaning charge). It was an older home (built late 1950's) but they made sure everything worked. Great price and huge yard for my dog.
