They will make up lies when u move out 😭 and keep your deposit. Don't rent through them . I don't usually give a bad review however I wanna save someone the distress.

Been renting with this company since 2022 and have not had any issues, both Jess & Emily are wonderful ladies. They are very friendly and flexible; maintenance does a great job with response time. 10/10 experience!

At first everything was good. Then when I told them I was moving out because I bought a house mark said “why didn’t they call me I would have told them you couldn’t afford it”. After 8 year of living there the carpet seams started to separate and they never replaced it. They charged me for all kinds of stuff during their final walk through that was already missing or damaged that they already knew about and was supposed to fix but never did.

I had a wonderful landlord. Mr. Chaney. I loved having him as a landlord, but when he switched to this company I hated it. They fixed nothing. Were rude all the time.... trashy office and trashy staff. BTW... I was a great tenant, I left the house in better condition then when I got it. They are just the worst.

Never rent from them Rented 6 years moved out and don't owe nothing .They could not evict so they tried to give it to a collection agency. They don't fix anything. I didn't owe nothing and will never pay nothing. (My name is RON )
