First off I want to say that I am an RN and I understand COVID and how times are different. However the curbside closing that First American Title offered left us doing all the work. We had to go through paper after paper alone in our truck trying to figure out legal jargon on our own. We signed our names to things we have no idea about without ANYONE to help us. Sure we could call in and ask questions but after the 5th time calling with very little support on the other end of the phone what was the point. First American Title was paid a lot of money to do absolutely nothing.
