What a wonderful set of down to earth personalities within the leasing office, along with a very Comfortable lobby and great appearance. Elonda was very helpful, sound and clear concerning the units. I wouldn't have a issue renting from such a team. The way we as people interact with one another says and determines a lot. I was offered coffee, water, or hot coco, the hot coco upon leaving worked wonders in this cold weather! that alone had me smiling. Thanks for simple yet great experience!

this place is amazing, it was a great first apartment & the environment is nice & safe! yolanda & marsha was a great help from beginning to end, thanks to both of them.

This is our first apartment and we have lived here for over 2 years! Very safe and quiet.

We been in this place since 2012 and base of my staying here all i can say is im always safe, nice neighborhood and nice management!

The staff at Genesee Village Apartments could not be more helpful and caring. What a wonderful group of people. The complex is very tidy and clean. The community building and pool is absolutely beautiful. I found the one bedroom apartment to be very roomy with two very large closet. And another large closet in the dining area. The maintenance staff is immediately there if you need anything.. I can’t say enough to convey what a great experience I’ve had in this community. It is a quiet place located Close enough to the freeway to be able to get around quickly in town but far enough away to be peaceful. I would like to personally think Elonda For all your help and caring
