Ridgecrest Village Townhouses

I moved here nine months ago and the four stars I'm putting are towards the. Maintenance and office coming and fixing my problem when something breaks right away. Yes these are older apartments so things break, but every maintenance I have came in counter with are amazing and the office staff first Erica she got promoted so she's not in office she was tough but very sweet she ran this place like I would of. And now the two females that are in the office, I have complained because my garbage disposal is broke and there are people that their heat went out, I didn't know but of course that comes first I called back up cause holidays are coming and maintenance has not been here yet. So I live here at Ridgecrest and my AC went out a month ago and it is still hot as crap here I have been waiting on the AC repair guys to come here and I just found out this morning with the new management up in the office that they're not sending anybody out cuz they said it's the end of the season that means me and I'm disabled and my 10-year-old son has to go without AC until next year

This place deserves a -5 star rating. I wouldn't even spend the night here again, let alone live here. If you have anything nice in your apartment here it will eventually be stole. Definitely not a place to raise children.

I have been a minister for 20 plus years and ive never seen such poor in spiritin a person who is a child of God. My family was denied by Pat the manager Without a denial letter to prove why i was denied. Hud proces as we all know. Everything done verbally nothing in writing. Pat the Manager and her team do not follow Hud policy so becaful. If they did i would have been able to file an appeal that i would have won. Instaed Pat blocks that process for me as well. Cant appeal to HUD if i dont get the letter. She never sent it. Its okay Pat GOD repays. There is still time to repent an ask for forgiveness. Dont forget to leave thy gift at the alter an call me.
