855 Manager - Property Management & Realty

I'm just not liking the payment method, as it cost an extra $10 just to process any payments. Maybe considering a new method for tenants to submit payments would be a plus. Also, can't wait for winter to be over, we're paying Consumers Energy just like rent!

Thank you Paul Gagnon!! He is one gem of a person who goes above and beyond to get things done simultaneously, trying his best to save where ever possible. We are in a very bad shape when we came to him requesting his service for home improvement. He did an amazing work well within the budget and provided timely updates in this process. If you are an out-of-state investor like me, don't think twice, just go to him and he will get the job done!! Very reliable, effective and highly recommended

I lived IN 2 diff Houses From 855 AND I Am Just as Happy with the Mangagement Company as I was 2 yrs Ago when they found my first place. Any problems Arise they were and still Are handled in a timely manner. Paul goes above and beyond for the tenant and as Far as I have heard the owners also Just wanted to say thank you to the 855 staff that I do know , Penny Frank, Sherill, you guys are amazing

I normally don't write a review or even read them , but I just had to stop and do this one real quick as I was skimming thru and came across a review from a lady ( no names ) that basically said 855 was not good ...well I definitely refute that with my own personal experiences. I have had the opportunity to be a tenant with them and for awhile even a owner ( had to sell ) as a tenant I was always treated with respect and as an owner was that same respect... as a tenant when I had a problem inside the house the maintenance dept always showed up in a timely manner and as an owner they still show up within a timely manner . I was always happy to speak to anyone of the staff members as a tenant or as an owner , so to the review that basically said the company wasn't good ....you should stop

I rented a house from them for a year. The move in and getting approved process was easy. The house was in good condition any issues I ever had all I had to do was place a call or text and they would respond immediately. Easy rent payments thru a portal. Overall great company with excellent communication.
