This company refuses to pay their bills, citing paperwork issues and lost communications between account managers and service locations. They take an unreasonable 'service fee' and are abhorrent with communication. They have their own employees write reviews for the company in an attempt to salvage their already dismal review rating.

If you’re a contractor considering working with TCG Services, think twice. My experience with them during the snow season was nothing short of frustrating. A female from their company reached out, almost desperate to secure snow services for a small office in a plaza. As a company, we take snow management very seriously due to pedestrian hazards, so I was willing to help. However, their requirements were excessive: insurance, W9, work orders signed upon completion by the manager, plus photos and documentation. I initially declined because it was too much, but they eventually accepted my terms in writing via email. Reliable and easy company to work with. Many contractors complaining of not getting paid. Likely due to missing information like insurance or W-9's, not providing pictures or correct invoice. They are up front about terms. As long as contractors send in all required information payment is prompt.

Writing to give future contractors a heads up. This company is going to take advantage of you. Please protect yourself, and your business. We were called on the coldest date of the year, right after Christmas by a seemingly desperate dispatcher at TCG. We we're closed but he begged us to help with a no heat situation at one of their Weight watchers properties and out of the kindness of our hearts we agreed to respond to the call. We were reluctant to provide the service as we had no history with this company but the gentleman assured us they could pay by credit card which seemed fair to us. He told us he was certain it was the thermostat and asked what the call would cost, we told him the after hours diagnostic would be $250+tax and if we require a stat it would be provided at an additiona

Well I am very happy that all of you other contractors have left ratings! They called me to head to a Sally's Beauty supply to unlock a door. At first I said "Sure send me the work order". Then I thought, hmmm, I've never worked for them, I should at least check them out and boy I'm glad I did! All the reviews are correct! I called them back and said that since I've never worked for them before, they need to pay my minimum service call to get me out there, after a long wait on hold, the girl came back and said, "We will find someone else to take the call". Yep, any "respectable company would have had no problem doing that! So, thank you all for posting your reviews!
