Gordy Square

I've rented here with Gordy, Heritage, for almost 4 yrs now. Well managed, for Section 8 housing. They just remodeled all the apartments, and they aren't bad at all very clean. Rent, of course, is based on your income, but hey, even if you pay full price that includes water, electricity, and trash. Friendly staff, and it's close to everything Eldorado has to offer.

The people who live here are wonderful I love living here. My dog FOXY gets lots of attention everyone loves her. My apartment is the perfect size for me.if you need anything fixed it is taken care of quickly and our maintenance people are the BEST!

My Mother-enlaw was staying there and the experience was awful with the control freak management that's there. Ever since she announced she was moving out by the end of the month all management has done is harass her on when she is getting out due to management rented the apartment before she was to be out the end of the month. This manager of yours has been calling her harassing her too. I believe this to be illegal according to the landlord tenant laws and compensation maybe in order for the issue starting with the firing of the management there. Good day!!

I live here they base your rent on your income.rent cable TV & all utilities paid have to have a disability or 55 & older. Only gave it 4 stars because i have lived in country until 07 moved into these apartments(5 stories high) 2 1/2 yrs ago

I have been here 7 years already and its a great place to live. Lots of things to do. Lots of wonderful people and puppies to meet.
