I don't write many reviews but am thoroughly disappointed in our dealing with this office. We showed up and the office has an overwhelming stench of mildew and the room we were in had water damage all along the window. The lady who helped us brought in papers for my dad to sign and acted like it was a burden to answer any questions. She gave ZERO explanation on what the process was that we were going through. Lastly, my dad was charged a wire transfer fee but we were never given the option of transferring funds electronically. Instead, we were presented a check that was going to take TEN DAYS to clear before funds would be deposited in our bank account. She told my sister later on that customers must ask for the wire transfer option - what a joke. I'm guessing during that time Security 1st
