The ladies at Scribner Enterprise ALWAYS go above and beyond! The home I rent from them is at a very reasonable amount!! Any time I have a question or concern, I know all I have to do is call.... I've never been just left waiting! I highly recommend them for your rental needs! And I pray before long, I can go through them to also purchase my first home of my own!!!!
I would recommend scribner property management (scribner enterprises) to anyone! They’re amazing people and they do great getting someone out to fix issues in a reasonable time.
They lie and steal. They took my car instead of letting me get a licensed driver. They also declined payment of full amount of rent and lied to the judge during eviction court. I have a coworker that rents from them too that has been having problems. They won't fix things that need done until they evict you.
We have had an amazing experience with scribner! The response time for issues is absolutely superb, we have never had such an amazing property management company.
