Taylor Ridge Apartments

Was a wonderful place to live until 1 year ago. At first for a year or so the new management Now there is not manager accessible but 1 day a week at best. Street lights were never replaced. Onsite maintenance consists of 1 person who is overloaded with work orders. It's a fairly decent affordable housing complex I would recommend it to others. If I could give this place Zero stars I would, I have lived here for years and have never bothered anybody but yet I have endured years of harassment and bullying from BOTH my neighbors and the leasing agent and her little pest control guy that she has come through here every other month, they will smile to your face and then turn around and talk crap about you the second they leave your apartment and laugh about it right outside your door as if you can’t hear them through these paper thin walls.They’ll put on the paper that they’re coming through to spray but then will be going through your fridge, your kitchen cabinets and everything and they like to Bombard you with 5 different people all coming into your place at once just to stand around and watch as the pest control guy sprays 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

If I could give it zero I would, my child was harassed so many times we had to move, Lisa the office manager was no help and seemed to only care about the tenants who do for her, such as her blood niece and Co worker which she stated would never lose her place because the tenant is Lisa's boss at another job. This place is a joke and no one should ever try to live there, no privacy Lisa just shows up at your place for no reason other than to be nosey. Just sad pure sad.

I live here and have a beautiful two bedroom apartment and the most wonderful hardworking manager I have ever had anywhere! Any problems or breakdown of an appliance, or clogged tub etc, is taken care of within 24 hours or less. It's a great place for lower income bracket, special programs for children during summer and Holiday's. The downside is no pool, or little for older teens to do, but fantastic for single parents, the disabled. Each unit has been completely remodeled one yr ago, and everything was replaced with brand new. Quiet back road away from traffic, close to major shopping areas, fire department and police.
