Delaware Crossing Apartments

I actually lived here back in 2008 and was shocked to see photos of their apartments now. Apparently they have not updated them since I lived there in 08’. Same cabinets, appliances, kitchen floor, carpet, paint, etc. 🤢 All completely outdated. It was actually pretty outdated back then and well used when I moved it. When I lived there, all the people living around me were heavy smokers. The smell always came into my apartment. When they moved out, they slapped some paint on the walls, not even sure they shampooed the carpets, then moved the next people in. I can’t even imagine going 18+ years without updating anything. Rent is about triple what it used to be which is nuts considering nothing has been updated.

I don't like anything else about this society. There is no parking arrangement or hot water. No one comes immediately after we make a request and there are many problems here.All family truoble If something happens at our house on Friday, no one comes on Saturday and only comes on Monday and there are many problems. If the water is turned off, the heater turns off after two days. There are many problems in the family.

I have lived here for 5 years, at first it was great then we got amy as the apt manager and she hates my building. She has already pushed several of the tenants in my building out. At least once a month, there is a note on my door for some unnecessary reason. This month, there were 2 notices. She does inspections and only inspects the Apts of the tenants she doesn't like. I had to install cameras in my apt for when I go out of town because they tend to do inspections right when I go out of town and when I inform her that I am out of town and don't want her in my apt she comes in anyways saying I gave a notice(neighbor had to inform me about the notice) she also took pictures of my apt when I was gone. I just would like to say, I have been here for almost two years and am as happy as the day I moved in! Amy and Steve are awesome! I had an issue with a water leak (completely understandable) and they took care of the issue, and Amy, the property manager, even personally came and helped with clean up! Who does that! A great place with an outstanding staff!

When I first applied to move in it was a nightmare. The office manager at the time was never there. When she was there she lied several times to me and was very rude. Now since we have a new office manager it is great. Amy is always here and willing to help . She is kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance is superb. He has a lot to do around here but always gets things done. . Everyone I have met so far has been great and very helpful. Now that there is a new office manager it is a really great place to live.
