Sundance Property

Nicest apartments in Northern Kentucky ! And I personally want to thank Sundance and Sarah for their hard work taking care of a situation that the last 3 owners left. Sundance and Sarah have helped us when previous owners just kicked the can down the road . Great Owi, Sarah is Awesome !

First, if there is less than one start I won't hesitate to select it. This property knows how to take the rent but they don't want to do any maintenance! I have a problem with the electricity and my bill is super high even though I have a one bedroom unit. Add to that I am most of the time not at home due to my work conditions. I was overseas for a month and a half and still my bill was $140 even though there was no one at the place and I've been asking them to fix this problem for the second month now and all they say "Put a maintenance request" I had 5 maintenance requests and yet not one cared to fix anything. Also, I have a problem with my hot water, it comes black and disgusting but they said that's not something they can fix. I don't believe in this of course but oh well 🤷

Liars,Liars I' m goin to leave it at that, Depuralable Aptmnts. Never Answr calls,emails, THERE'S NOT AN HONEST, PERSON THAT WORKS, FOR THAT COPMANY. BBB & the City of Newport NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. This what my apartment looked like on Move in day Feb.15th 2021. Yes this is WHAT They wanted me to move into.😡😡 Let me be VERY CLEAR, N. KY property.

Awful place to rent from… they have roaches at every complex they own they’ll send out snowball pest control who only sprays one area & I’m sure it’s diluted spray their using anyways bc it does nothing … you can never get ahold of maintenance for anything EVER then when you go to move out they’ll blame you for whatever issue never got fixed by them.. oh & they have a “model” apt they show to everyone & they’ll tell you your apt will be that one or look exactly the same then you sign the lease & go to your apt & it’s no where close to looking like the one you were shown .. SOO much sketchy stuff going on with these people it’s too much to write just DONT DO IT!

Very clean, spacious and nice apartments. Quiet area. Highly recommend.
