Parking is completely inadequate, and the situation is even worse in winter. The management fails to clear snow and ice from the parking lot, sidewalks, and stairs, creating dangerous and unsafe conditions for residents. This is a basic responsibility for any apartment complex, and it is being ignored. On top of that, there is no allocated parking for each apartment, which causes constant confusion, overcrowding, and frustration. Management needs to assign dedicated parking spaces to each unit and properly maintain the property. Someone is going to get hurt if this is not fixed immediately.

Been here almost 4 months now and I absolutely love it! Feels like home! I'm in one of the old buildings and it is so charming and my apartment is beautiful! Very nice and friendly neighbors. The manager Nicole is very nice and welcoming and Brian does a great job with maintenance. The grounds are well taken care of too.

I absolutely love my apartment. I’m in one of the new buildings and have had no problems. Management is super friendly and helpful. Neighbors are all respectful. Extremely clean environment!

I would NEVER suggest this place to ANYONE!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star! I was supposed to be moved in by August & they continued to push it back. They pushed it all the way until October (mind you I have paid for movers and already have my deposit in). They decided to push it back again until Mid November. Not to mention they do not know how to communicate. I literally can not get ahold of them. No matter how hard you try - they won’t answer you. So good luck!

You all are absolutely insane to charge over a $1000 dollars for a one bed room I don’t care if it’s new or not insane
