Don’t move here. One elevator was down for over a year and now the other is broken since June. Still no word on getting it fixed. All kinds of smokers in stairwells and hallways even though it’s a non smoking facility. When the elevator was working, someone or something kept peeing in it. People leaving trash all over and just not caring. At one point some lady was even letting her dog pee and poop in the hallways.

I don’t even live here and I was interested in renting , but I have been calling for HOURS , DAYS & no answer .. I am very very disappointed! What’s the point of having a listing up and having no one to answer the phone! If you are hiring for a new agent in office give me a call I would love to do a better job than who you have at the property! Do YOUR JOB!!!!!

I love these apartments. They are nice and clean. Tho I did see some gum on the carpet in my room it was mostly ok. The kids there were very kind. I recommend this place if you’re trying to find a nice affordable place to live in.

I still live here (going on 2 yrs now), and currently looking for a new place to live. It is pretty much the upgraded ghetto. During an inspection, my daughter was taking a shower in one of the bathrooms and the maintenance guy clearly could hear the water running and asked me if anyone was in there. After I had confirmed that my CHILD was taking a shower he proceeded to knock and try to open the door. Another time, the maintenance came into my apartment one morning while my partner and I were sleeping. Stated that he was here to fix something. We did not receive any notice within 24 hrs PRIOR to him just walking into my apartment. There’s no communication, as far as the “no smoking on the property” policy. I see the maintenance man smoke throughout the hallways of the building as well as

DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. It got so bad that just to see how poor their communcation is I called TWICE EVERY 10 minutes for 3 hours. I literally called 20 ntimes and NO answer. I even got my friends to also call with NO answer (yes we were being petty). Collectively literally all called over 25+ times within a 3 hour time frame with NO answer AND we left voice messages
