One of the worse apartment communities in this area and they have the audacity to be high in rent . It’s so raggedy over here . No pool . Grass isn’t cut . It’s super dark in the community. I guess they don’t have money to keep women or anyone safe after dark upon other things out their budget . The only convenient thing is the stores around you. It took them weeks to communicate after going days in and out with letting the phone ring while they’re right there in the office. After getting keys my unit still wasn’t ready . No one looked at the unit to see there was no fridge , walls dirty , paint peeling in the tub, broken blinds , and etc . I will give credit when Due since they have painted and given me a fridge . But the stove top is rusted to the point it is broken into pieces , roach

A big thank you to the property manager, Misty, for assisting my daughter with her first apartment. Misty was incredibly caring and understanding throughout the application process, ensuring everything was perfect before my daughter moved in. The entire process was smooth, and my daughter has been at Tara Hill for a few months now and absolutely loves it. Misty continues to be as understanding and supportive as ever. Highly recommend!

My family and I are looking for a apartment. I spoke with Mr. Walker Wednesday and he said he'll be there this Friday. I have been calling all morning just to make sure someone is in the office before I come all the way down there because it's not easy for us to get around. The phone just rings and rings and now the line is busy. Meanwhile I just decided to read the reviews on here and noticed the some reviews mentioning rodents and bug infestation, unresponsive staff, and a well round of shady behavior going around that place. This place sounds like the last apartments we stayed in. This sounds awful familiar. So we're moving on to find something else. This is unprofessional. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Moved here almost a year and being here was very relaxing. Among some things I heard, it's not true, I enjoyed my flat top stove, I'm gonna miss cooking on it. The maintenance, they move when you have something needs to be fixed, convenient location with stores to shop, bus line, and other necessities needed. Neighbors stay to themselves, they speak when you walk past, I enjoy my time while here. Thank you Misty.... Would recommend this apartment to anyone that needs somewhere to stay under any circumstances you going through. My sister was going through an eviction at this property that she was living in mildew and apartment flooded, I recommended Tara Hills to her and Misty worked with her, she even got her bathroom redone while she moved in.
