Tara Gardens Apartments

I was told mid December that I could renew my lease, on a month to month, then told (only after going into their leasing office) that they had a corporate meeting on the 31st and decided not to renew any section 8 leases because of the shutdown. I was told this on January 8th. The manager said she would give me 30-60 days to move and two days later posted a three day notice to vacate. Obviously if I am on section 8 I don’t have the means to move in three days. Aside from that, the building is full of mold. My daughter has been sick non stop with rsv, breathing issues, and has to use a nebulizer. They only sent someone in to clean after it failed the inspection twice. Prior to the mold there was electrical problems. I made several maintenance calls because anytime the a/c came on it trippe

Been living here for about 2 months now and I like no one bothers you and has a good amount of space

I love these apartments, I would recommend living here
