The layout and overall appearance of the apartments are beautiful. Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing significantly impacts the living experience. You can clearly hear neighbors’ conversations through the walls, even from different rooms. Hearing private conversations and plumbing through the walls makes it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed in your own space.🥺 The property grounds are generally kept nice, garbage pickup is consistent, and the snow removal and salting services are reliable. The leasing office is helpful in person, though they are not easy to reach by phone.

Congratulations if your neighbor shower in the early morning. You don't need alarms anymore! The splashing noise is incredibly loud and you'll wake up in no time! I don't know how they build the wall but you can hear everything in the bathroom and bedroom. Plus, ten dollars if your light bulb blows.

At first it was off to a rocky start but I’m glad I stuck in they ask for a lot up front nd really on a time frame,.But once everything is clear it’s easy peasy ..the area is convenient to shopping school etc .Constantly patrolled by Edison police very quiet clean units ..

I would say no star a big fat F! FAIL. Poor management across the board. people park in no parking areas even the employees have no regard for the signs. High rent increase, forced to pay for pool pass even if you don't swim. The trash pick up can be a disgusting mess. The recycling is a joke. All toilets were changed to save water now you must flush 3 and 4 times. The rent can be cheap but you get what you pay for. I can't wait to leave.

I love the construction, roominess, and cleanliness, garbage is picked up several times a week. And maintenance arrives fast once a report is in, and the leasing office is open 7 days a week.
