I have lived at this property for over 12 years. I am a quiet tenant who pays on time. What I am posting here is based on my own experience and what I have personally seen on the property. Some of the issues described below were eventually addressed, but only after long delays and repeated requests, often taking months or years. Over the years, the condition of the property has steadily declined: • Electrical and utility cables were visible in common walkways near doors, and utility boxes were at times left open with wiring exposed • Gates for the property and the pool were frequently broken or damaged, including sections of the perimeter fence that had large gaps • There were at least two major car break-in incidents where more than 20 vehicles had windows smashed • Over multiple years,

DO NOT MOVE HERE. We moved into these apartments November 2025, within December we noticed these apartments have BAD plumbing, we had a leak under our kitchen sink and the ceiling of our shower. We reported many times the issue and it only grew worse into mold. Mind yall we only have ONE bathroom in our apartment and could not use it for 5 days while they demolished the ceiling. We also have a 9 month old and are exposing him to the mold. Not to mention the trash. We have valet trash here but what’s the point if it is all getting tossed at the dumpsters? I have even seen vultures sitting on the trash this apartment complex seems “luxury” but it is VERY outdated and has a ton of plumbing issues, trash issues and on top of that people with pets are CONSTANTLY leaving dog poop on the grass wh

Since the new management/ new employees took over, the quality of service has declined significantly. The previous employee, Carleisha, managed this property with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for residents. She handled issues promptly and went above and beyond even assisting me with retrieving my car from the tow company on her final day. Her dedication did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, since her departure, things have been poorly managed and disorganized. I submitted a work order two weeks ago that has yet to be addressed. I was later informed the issue was “completed,” despite the fact that I was home all day and no one knocked, entered, or performed any maintenance. The staff was really nice. My husband and I toured a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartments have decent space for the price. The community is clean. They are in the process of upgrading which is a plus!

There are obviously a bunch of fake reviews on this apartment lately trying to raise their rating up when it is anything but that. My wife and I were seriously considering moving here at first. Model unit looked good, but of course having dealt with deception before, I wasn’t about to sign any lease on a site unseen basis and just take their word for it. After reading the reviews, it reinforced my thinking. From the get go, I wasn’t told a time I’d be able to see the unit before signing anything and then furthermore moving in. Leading up to the projected move-in period, I kept getting the run around from their rep Kristen. “The units not ready, but we need to sign the paperwork”, multiple occurrences along those lines.
