Sycamore Village

My experience with Sycamore Village personnel was awesome! I was so at ease pulling into the property, the neighborhood is so cute and quiet, the stores you would likely visit normally are in the vicinity as well. Once I stepped into the building their was so music playing, the fireplace was a nice visual on a TV screen, and then there was Kimberly :) she greeted me as I walked in as well as her coworker (I'm sorry I forgot yout name!) Kimberly is so pleasant ☺️ she's thorough and was available for any questions I had and she explained everything I needed to know. My tour was good, the day I had my tour was the day I told myself "yep, this is where I want to live!" The new range hood was damaged. Tech took back to shop to pound and straightened best he could. I did tell him to install as my old unit, the fan did not work, paint was pealing off. Will expect a new UNDAMAGED hood to be installed. Thank you

My overall experience has mostly been excellent however this time 3 out of 5 issues have been resolved and two are still remaining. I was told a work order has to be issued, so how do I go about it. My kitchen counter sheet has come off and my entrance light keeps flickering. These issues have been requested on multiple occasions.

My son and daughter-in-law were the only people who were moving me into an upstairs apartment and it wasn’t easy being a 66 year old man. But a few of the neighbors who I still have no idea what their names are came to help carry some of the bigger items upstairs. Good people were coming to introduce themselves to me, this is a family friendly place to call home!

My request were done within the expected turnaround and our maintenance people are always pleasant and very helpful
