Sutton Place Apartments

10 stars if I could. Amazing brand new apartments at a very fair price for the quality. It feels like having a new house rather than an apartment. We can’t hear our neighbors, the view is lovely, and everything is brand new. Most importantly, we feel so safe and taken care of here thanks to Alison and team! She’s been so professional, kind, incredibly responsive, and communicates all updates in advance and a timely manner. We had a horrible experience at Castlerock apartments in Wenatchee (PLP managed property) so we’re so grateful and lucky we found this option. Highly recommend! Without a doubt plan to renew and proudly call this unit our home.

Best apartments in town!! Built high quality, beautiful grounds, and responsive, nice staff.

These apartments are in a perfect location to enjoy and live in a quiet area perfect for walking. The landlord is the best we have had in the valley, 10/10 can’t recommend this place enough. We moved out of the area or else we would live here for years more.

Awesome place to live in East Wenatchee if you want QUALITY apartments. I can barely hear our neighbors, and our girls can rest at night (used to live at altitude with horrible experiences) Alison was super helpful in the process. I love our apartment, plan to renew our lease until we find our forever home for our girls.
