Platinum Property Management and Sales

This is a review from a very happy camper. I have been an owner/property manager for my own rentals approximately 45 years. I recently had A rental with the most despicable tenants l've ever had. I handed the property over to Platinum to take the lead on managing it. I cannot say enough good about this company which I understand had just changed hands before I came on board. I may not name everyone, but Will'Lena along with Katie and their fabulous Group of Players are tops! Also thanks to Ash, Mike, Chauntel, Jordan, Rosa, Kecia and numerous other individuals who have helped as well to further support their property owner clients!

I reached out to Platinum Property Management with interest in renting a studio at the Poolside Apartments in Wenatchee. Though we opted not to sign the lease as the owner did not accept or allow pets on the property (I misread the listing) and visitor policy was a bit strict for our needs, our experience from initial contact to the end was wonderful. The application process was straightforward, quick, and easy. The property we viewed was very clean and well maintained. Rosa, the office contact/lease manager, was very kind, professional, and answered all our questions. Jordan was very quick to respond with any interaction, pleasant to talk with, and though she had a busy schedule, answered all our questions and was very patient during the showing. Be very wary of renting from this company. If you rent nit pick the heck out when you do walk through. They literally charged us for things that were damaged before us. We knew the people that lived there and took over! Big mistake! We replaced filter and blinds and they still said there was damage. Also expect high rent increases (thats why we moved) they are horrible about maintenance and saying upgraded because they place a new cheap stove or fridge in the unit!

The rudest and most unprofessional business I've ever had to work with. No regards to their tenants. Lack of communication on all ends. No accountability when accounts are messed up on their end. I brought in a cashier's check worth 1000 to pay backed rent. Which they turned away because they wanted 1500 full. so I said okay I'll get that by the next day. but instead of just handing said check back to me. They made sure to stamp my check, which prevented me from taking said check back to cash out and pay in another way. Next day rolls around and I inform them on what had happened. That them signing my check has delayed me getting my return for 5-10 business days so now I was out 1000 to pay the 1500 they have asked for. At this point they are denying contact with me and forcing me to speak
