Honest Review of Altitude Apartments – Highly Recommended! It’s rare to find someone leaving a positive review when moving out of a place, but I want to share my experience while I’m still living here. Usually, reviews come when things go wrong, but I genuinely want to give an honest shout-out to Altitude Apartments and why I’ve had such a great experience. Two years ago, I moved to Wenatchee for a job project with my pregnant fiancée, our 4-year-old son, and two dogs. We ended up staying in a hotel for about a month, waiting for apartment complexes to respond to our applications—most of which either took forever or didn’t reply at all. I had a great move in experience! We relocated from out of state and were able to do everything remotely including a couple zoom tours. The manager was very helpful and made this process incredibly easy. We already love our apartment!

If you're looking to pay over 2,000 plus all utilities for a 2bdrm not family friendly than this is the place for you! Bonus, you get to hear every time your neighbor sneezes or etc.. Absolutely no guest parking or they get towed. Propane is always empty on bbqs, and dumpsters always full! However free entertainment from the cops they're their every weekend (you'll need it because the "free wifi" only works well if you pay the extra $50 a month.)

That was just a friendly little reminder to do my part for the community and write a review. The walls are thin and the apartments are built terribly. The air conditioning doesn't keep the whole place cold during the summers. The driveway and parking lot becomes a death trap in the winter and is not dealt with in a timely manner, so good luck getting to work in the mornings. Audrey made moving in such a quick easy process. My girlfriend and I were looking for somewhere dog friendly and quick. I applied at 10am had already been approved and moving in by 2pm. She took all the stress and anxiety of a move away and we are greatly appreciate her taking away stress during the holiday season Updated review after living here 1 year. Parking is terrible every weekend we are fighting for our parking spot because someone is always in it. We got an email with a 24 hour tow line but management says they and maintenance are the only ones authorized to use it which is false, if someone is in your parking spot they will come tow it for you fyi. Just be prepared to be retaliated against with nails lets under your car. The rent increase is a lot. Definitely dont want to pay ov
