If you are a seller, beware. My experience was extremely disappointing. My home appraised for significantly more than the final sale price, yet this agent continually pushed for large price drops until it sold for about $90,000 less than the appraisal. At every step, it felt like she was advocating for the buyer instead of me, the seller. I trusted her to work in my best interest, but I left this process feeling unheard, pressured, and deeply dissatisfied.
