From the time I listed my home with Andrew, both he and Caleb were wonderful! The pictures that Caleb did for the listing were beautiful. I was kept informed about showings and after the sales contract was signed I was well informed about inspections etc. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you to both Andrew and Caleb!!! I was in conversation with Andrew and Caleb regarding a rental home they are advertising. Took several weeks to get a showing set up. I scheduled a showing and notified them 24 hours in advance I needed a later showing time that would not be honored. I was charged a application fee without the opportunity to see the property and they are refusing to process a refund. I never got to see the property and my application was never processed for consideration but they kept my money. This company is not accredited by the BBB. Had no reviews prior to this and the overall process seemed sketchy. I was told a holding fee of $1500 was required along with $4200k for deposits and move in rent. I'm pretty sure it was a scam. I wouldn't trust this company with your money.

Love this whole team! They were dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, flexible, and always going the extra mile! They patiently walked alongside of us for 10 months as we tried to find the right property to grow our family and honey business. I cannot say enough good about them!
