The maintenance team here at Parc Hill is absolutely amazing! Always working hard, extremely friendly and courteous to me as well as all the neighbors that I talk to. Everybody here at Parc Hill should really appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into maintaining this residential community as well as always being here to help us residents! I have been very pleased with the entire maintenance team. They are all very professional and efficient. Any time I put in a maintenance request, they are at my door in a very timely manner. Usually within an hour. They quickly determine the problem and immediately make any repairs needed. I have lived in other apartment communities and can say that this maintenance team is head and shoulders above any of the others.
