Shari Lawrence really deserves 10 stars. I have worked with many real estate professionals over my life and Shari is at the very tippy top!!! She knows her business and the market. Thankfully, I was referred to her after a horrible experience with a 100% self focused agent. Shari is the exact opposite. She always had my best interest at heart. She went above and beyond her professional charge to help me (an out of state owner) have repairs made to the home before putting it on the market. And, the property was held in an IRA which added some additional steps to the sales process. My ONLY regret is that I didn't meet her sooner to help with the sell of my other investment properties.
