I reached out to Charlie for an appliance repairman. The repairman said it would be just as expensive to fix it as buying a new one (I appreciated his honesty). So we needed another referral and Charlie referred us to a great plumbing company who came and installed our dishwasher - they were professional, respectful, and clean (and the job was done well!). Charlie isn't just great at real estate transactions - he's got a great list of contacts and contractors for when life happens after the home purchase!
