Superior Property Management

I lived in a property managed by this company for 2.5 years. My rent was paid before the due date every month by automatic draft. Their service was absolutely horrible. I have been reading the comments of other reviewer‘s and they are spot on. There was a time that my water heater went out and I called on a Friday. The lady said she would call the owner to get permission to have the water heater repaired and she left. So for 4 days I had to boil water for myself and grandchildren to take baths and wash dishes. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had to hound them for simple services. Most of the time they never responded. Some of the work simple things like putting weatherstripping on the doors. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I lived in one of their apartment complexes (Royal Eden) in Slidell, LA for 1.5 years and always paid my rent on time or early. I never gave anyone any issues. My move out date was 3/20/19 and I had no problems giving my key back to Superior. I called yesterday and asked if I had to pay any rent for March and was told that I did not and that everything has been taken care of.They said the account was closed out. I even asked the lady if a week later I would be told I owe something and she said no. Today I had a feeling that didn't sound right and decided to check the portal. When I checked it said that I owed 440 dollars. The charges were for stuff that the deposit should have taken care of. Painting the walls, cleaning doors (which were dirty with hand

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. When you read the reviews with 5 stars, please note that they are almost all landlords. Superior property management does not answer the phone nor return messages. You have to literally pull teeth to get them to respond to any maintained request. Eventually you give up hope and just live with all the issues in the home. If we didn’t do research and get our owners personal cell phone, we would of left long ago. Now, we have to text him every time I call them for maintenance. This company owner should be embarrassed over how badly his employees represent him.

The maintenance manger Wendy Sosa is beyond unprofessional and rude. She put a charge on my account for a maintenance job that was done at someone else’s house. I never knew when you pay rent you get charged for maintenance. I moved in this house in November and they never even answered any of maintenance calls except when my room flooded and they finally came 2 weeks later. She put the charge on my account a month ago and I’ve been calling her about it for a month and she keep saying she going to fix it and never did. Today is the 2nd and I’m unable to pay my rent until the charge comes off. I called her today and of course she had a attitude and hung up on me twice. I’ve never had in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional. I definitely won’t be renewing my lease. I can’t wait until
