I've rented with Superior Property Management for over a year now and they continue to impress me. Unlike other property management companies I've dealt with in Colorado and Wyoming, Christy and her team are locally owned and actually pick up the phone. Maintenance requests are handled fast, rent is easy to pay online, and they keep the property in excellent condition. In our experience, a very inferior experience! Very little communication, lack of fixing things in a timely manner and then accuse tenants of damages due to their neglect in addressing concerns. Also be aware that Wyoming laws won’t allow you to be compensated for repairs you have to make on your own due to their neglect because you don’t have Superior’s “written approval” which leaves you in between. Rock and shed place. High staff turnover rate. Enters home with minors present when asked to call first so an adult can be present. Missing lease pages that they wouldn't rectify. Extra charges not in lease they try to slip in such as charging for 10 days of utilities after move out. Superior Property Management is AWESOME!! We thought we would do it ourselves, but once Christy got involved it was so easy for us as landlords to hand it all over to her. She did all the work to show the property, find tenants, qualify them and get them under contract all while we were out of the Country. Christy is a very down to earth but serious lady! We first rented from her, when it become time to leave our rental she then become our realtor. We were so very blessed to have Christy as both a landlord and as a realtor. She reassured us that we was ready to buy our first home and that she would be there every step of the way, and she was ten fold!
