Sunrise Lane Apartments

Just moved in. Connor was amazing. Connor gave me a tour on Monday, we signed the lease Thursday, and we moved in Saturday. I knew I loved the apartment the second I walked in. The atmosphere was warm, the view was relaxing, the place felt private, space felt huge, carpet was soft, bedrooms were big with closet space, kitchen felt new and clean. You can tell the apartment is well maintained and renovated inside and out. The hallways are clean, and the apartments feel new. I toured Sunrise Lane because of its 4 star rating and good reviews for maintenance and staff on Google. Connor's kindness, proactiveness, and professionalism was 51% of the reason I chose this place, 49% the nice apartment. This high level of quality is upheld by all the staff here, so I feel at ease that I can live here

This post is about Dmitry specifically. After years of living here, we have a lot of stuff (every day, medical, etc.) He was kind so kind in helping my mom. He brought in our NEW stove/oven and we were ecstatic after not having it for a week and a half (order delays). My mom (she is deaf) told him that she really really loves it and his response was AWESOME! he repeated what she said then said "good! Hell yeah!" Which made my mom smile huge and of course made me smile. He even checked out another issue we're having. He is so helpful and honestly so kind! You can tell he is doing his best to get things done right to make sure youre satisfied! We've lived here for 8+ years and seen our fair share of management/owners/maintenance and definitely satisfied with the work he provides! Dmitry is

My dryer recently broke. Dimitri from the maintenance team did an excellent job in dealing with the matter in a timely fashion and was very professional. This speedy response made me feel like I can count on the maintenance team to respond quickly with little to no inconvenience to me. I have really enjoyed living at sunrise lane and look forward my future time living here. Thank you very much!

Dmitry is amazing!!! Our dryer was not working and he immediately came to diagnose it. He found that the beat resolution was to replace it 🙂 My mom was home to receive the dryer and he was very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much!

Update to previous review by my wife. We moved out. Received the deposit check back - they charged for "standard cleaning fee" and "paint touch up fee", on an apartment that was spotless. By WA RCW, they CANNOT charge for cleaning fees. But good luck getting ahold of anyone to get this fixed - the number on the letter goes to the office and they cannot/will not help. There is no other contact, and the office won't give you any other numbers to call. So for those trying to get out - watch your deposits! They'll try to take more than they are legally allowed to do and make you run in circles to try to get it fixed. This complex/company is a scam!
