Sunquest Apartments

I've been here 2 years. 1st year pretty much everything started falling apart right away. Within weeks of moving in and I made work orders only to get email notifications that they were repaired and case was closed. Mind u nothing was ever done. They would just close them. I just signed a lease in December and was told everything was staying the same except for the extra 50 bucks rent was going up. Mind u these are year leases.....well 2 weeks ago I get a letter on my door for lease renewal starting July 15th where rent goes up another 100. I just signed it in decemeber.....well everything didn't stay the same as they said because they didn't notify me that it was a 6 months lease. What happened to the yearly??? So in another 6 months they are going to want to raise it again. Lol wow I've

I love it here mostly all people here are friendly and the manager and the assistant manager are great people explain everything you need to know and they're very helpful

The apartments are nice although more windows in the living room area would have been nice. The parking is annoying its like having to fight for a spot every night. It says 24 hr gym but thats only if you have a card they are supposed to issue but they dont. Besides that its not bad.

My daughter use to live at these apartments even though they are ok, parking sucks. She couldnt even have family or myself over after 7 without wanting them to tow our cars. Thank God she moved out!

We have a new manager here at the apartments and so far she has been the best one till date The apartments are actually pretty nice though, decent size rooms not too big not to small. All the appliances are energy saving as well as the light bulbs so your electricity bill comes out low which is pretty good. The park is nice as well,only thing that would be nice is a pool. Parking though is sort of a issue here. Other than the office personal and a couple of nosey people it aint too bad tbh. Well hope my opinion helps out 👍. --UPDATE WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER WHO SO FAR IS GREAT. IM GOING TO LEAVE THE REST ABOVE BECAUSE THAT'S STILL THE SAME 😂.
