As of 2024 this place has changed and got stricter , a lot stricter . The property manager doesn’t play around . All the neighbors know one another here . They have pot lucks here to get to know one another , no smoking at all allowed here either including weed , its a federal ran place so weed smokin isn’t allowed here thank God , yes neighbors will smell it and yes we / they’ll report you to property manager and there are cameras all over the place .

Applied about a year ago no one has answered my calls havent received any mail i am a IHSS caregiver that lives with the provider in which she needs housing and still no answer

This place is a joke. They pick an choose when to follow rules. Management lies and harassed people.I can’t even put into words how twisted this place is. Especially to people with disabilities. It’s disgusting.
