Nice clean apts in a great location near senior center, park for walks and city bus stop nearby. Walking to stores too
NOT INCOME BASED HOUSING Too much drama between tenants, and management vascilates between heavy handed and "hands off". First year I lived there they raised all rents $45. There have been 2 incidents between crazy neighbors that have ended up in court. I loved yhis place for a SHORT time and then I MOVED!
