Samantha was the broker associate who helped me with the purchase of my home. She so sharp. She is so attentive and honestly, I'm not sure when she takes time off. We have worked together Sundays and into the evening when necessary. She got us everything we asked for. I am so grateful. I am a professional real estate investor and have worked with many agents. Madelaine and Chad were really great to work with. Nothing but positive energy, friendly and great communication. Always prompt with responses and informed us of any and all possibilities in purchasing this house in probate. I couldn't be happier and will definitely work them again.

I worked with Madelaine several years ago to sell my rental home. We got the sale done, and I truly appreciated her connections to local contractors and landscapers (both of whom were amazing). But Madeline herself was rude on several occasions and just made everything harder than it had to be!

Was willfully blinded to the fact my mother has severe dementia. Knowingly misrepresented the current trust for a previous revoked trust and used my mother as trustee and proceeded to sell rental properties for half price without the trustee's knowledge as a dual agent to secure a double commission to benefit herself. Accomplishing this by withholding all legal documents from title company after promising appointed trustee she would deliver to title. Is this not criminal? Refusing my mother's doctor's determination of severe dementia on court transcript for a notary public opinion to collect a double commission. Thank you, Madelaine LaVoie

Madelaine did an incredible job of helping with the purchase of my home in Yucca Valley. She knows legitimately everything about the area, which neighborhoods are best, and advice for all types of purchases (rental, second home, primary residence, etc). She also was extremely accommodating, always willing to meet to show me a house, even on weekends! Her communication and candor is next to none, there was never an issue chatting with Madelaine which was extremely important to me especially in the final stages of closing. Would recommend Madelaine 10/10 times!
