Tony was our property manager for 3 years, and he consistently responded to any needs we had right away. He also went above and beyond to be at the house when it needed repairs, and we could not be there. He stayed on top of all issues and got them resolved quickly. He is intelligent, kind, patient, and pleasant to work with. He is also quite handy himself. Definitely recommend him as a property manager if you get the chance to use him.

I had the pleasure of renting from tony for 2 years . My partner and I were first-time renters and were having a hard time getting a place until we met the landlord Tony . He was super kind and understanding . The apartment was very nice and a great price, and the complex had gardeners that kept it beautiful. We definitely will rent again if we move back . I’ve worked with Tony since 2016 I bought and sold 2 houses from him and he also managed both rental properties. He’s always on top of things and all my questions answered. Always on time with tenant rental payments. Whenever I call or text he would always get back to me asap. If you guys want a real estate agent or a property manager you can trust that would be Tony. My experience with Tony and Realty 1 Property Management was top notch! He helped me get into a rental house that I absolutely loved. He also was always available when I needed something addressed or fixed in the house. Eventually, when I moved out (after 3 years) he did his best to help me successfully get my full deposit back. My husband used Tony as a property manager for his homestead property in Yucca Valley after we had a bad experience with another local property management company. We were a military family, out of area. Tony always was quick to communicate any impending issues and quickly resolve any problems. My husband was in the process of preparing the home for sale with help from Tony. But unfortunately, my husband passed away before that could happen. Tony helped to keep the property secure for over a year until I was ready to finish the sale process.
