As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the entire process. The quality of house that David Weekley builds stands out above the rest. They take pride in every inch and their attention to detail is incredible! They even continue to meet with us even after we’ve moved in to ensure quality and address any concerns we may have. Will recommend David Weekley 100x over! Special shout out to Blair! Not only was she with us through every step of the process but she was available any time, day or night, to answer any questions we may have. She has been an absolute blessing to work- an all-around awesome human being! Thanks for making our house a home!

Do not recommend living here if you don’t want to get fined for ridiculous things like leaving your trash can receptacle out for 3 days. Then fines are out of control. They also increase HOA fees in one year by 200% and plan to keep increasing.

We had an incredible experience with the David Weekley team! We ended up going with another builder in Sunfield but we loved working with Logan and would highly recommend a David Weekley to anyone.
