Who looked at these rundown, unkempt, peeling paint buildings in this awful neighborhood with feral, unwashed children running about and said “ah, yes. Sunburn arms is the perfect name to describe this complex. Very classy.”
I did not get a "sunburn" while visiting, but I did notice a well kept property and nice residents.
You can't even call the number or mow the lawn
They're pretty cool apartments
From what little I saw, seemed extremely run down, and no management oversight
