Management/ front office: high turnover rate. Grounds: the community has front entrance curb appeal, that doesn't exist around the middle and rear apartment not visible by roads. Safety: carport lights have been out since 2021. Friendly and professional St. Peter's police officers. Parking: Not available in front of your apartment. Minimal public parking. Pets: pet owners do not pick up their pet excrements. Rules and Regulation: ALL notifications are sent electronically. No accountability for violating lease terms such as picking up your pets stool. Mantenance: professional, friendly and does a great job answering questions to solve maintenance issues. Thanks for doing a great job Nate and Adam.

I had a wonderful experience touring an apartment with Barb! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time showing me around, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything about the community and the application process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Barb truly goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she cares about helping people find the right home. I’m grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!

The two positive things that I can share is that my 2-bedroom unit is really cute, and it is nicely updated (flooring, blinds, countertops, appliances, etc.) Also, the unit is pretty spacious. Other than that, I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1. The walls are incredibly thin, and I can hear my neighbors upstairs each time they urinate in their toilet. 2. I have had to make about five maintenance calls/requests and I have only been in the apartment for a month and a half. Maintenance has completed the repairs, but the maintenance issues that I had should have been checked and repaired prior to my move-in. 3. Prior to my move-in, I told the leasing office staff that I did not want maintenance personnel in the apartment when I was not home. They entered without my consent twice. 4

We lived at Sun River Village for almost two years, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We actually would have stayed even longer if some personal health issues hadn’t come up — that’s how much we loved it! The leasing office staff are amazing: so friendly, understanding, and always willing to help. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and made us feel genuinely cared for. The grounds are always kept very clean and well maintained, which makes the whole community feel inviting and safe. Overall, this was the perfect starter apartment for us. It felt like a comfortable, welcoming place to come home to every day. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I've only lived here 2 months everyone is really nice friendly I've got swim in the indoor pool two times I find out they are turning the indoor pool into a gym which they already hair a gym. I've waited along time to be able to move in here just for the indoor pool is know it sounds silly but I will not be renewing my lere.it makes me sade
